By accessing or using or purchasing or buying the Service you (“you”, “your”, or “you’re”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms herein then you may not access/use/purchase/buy the Service and doing so will automatically exempt us from any legal ramification or wrong-doing that you or another party may claim; and will automatically waive any legal right to file claim.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Easy Travel Pal has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Easy Travel Pal shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Usage and Trademarks
The Easy Travel Pal service and the content are the property of Easy Travel Pal or Easy Travel Pal’s licensors. We grant you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make use of the Easy Travel Pal service, and limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make personal, non-commercial use of the content (collectively, “access”). This access shall remain in effect until and unless terminated by you or Easy Travel Pal. You promise and agree that you are using the Easy Travel Pal service and content for your own personal, non-commercial use and that you will not redistribute or recreate or duplicate or transfer the Easy Travel Pal service or the content, or create another service in it’s likeness.
The Easy Travel Pal software applications and the content are not sold or transferred to you, and Easy Travel Pal and its licensors retain ownership of all copies of the Easy Travel Pal software applications and content even after installation on your personal computers, mobile handsets, tablets, wearable devices, speakers and/or other electronic devices.
All Easy Travel Pal trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Easy Travel Pal brand are the sole property of Easy Travel Pal or its licensors. The agreements do not grant you any rights to use any Easy Travel Pal brand features whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
Free Trial
For some trials, we’ll require you to provide your payment details to start the trial. By providing such details you agree that we may automatically begin charging you for the paid subscription on the first day following the end of the trial on a recurring daily or weekly or monthly basis or another interval that you select in advance. If you do not want this charge, you must cancel the applicable paid subscription before the end of the trial by clicking here and then expanding the “My Account” area and clicking cancel, then “Yes, cancel my membership” button.
Subscription and Payments
Your payment to Easy Travel Pal will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your Paid Subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period through the Account Details. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the subscription period and you will not be billed again unless you reinstate. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
Warranty Disclaimer
You understand and agree that the Easy Travel Pal service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. Easy Travel Pal and all owners of the content make no representations and disclaim any warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Neither Easy Travel Pal nor any owner of content warrants that the Easy Travel Pal service is free of malware or other harmful components. In addition, Easy Travel Pal makes no representation nor does it warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third party applications (or the content thereof), user content, devices or any other product or service advertised, promoted or offered by a third party on or through the Easy Travel Pal service or any hyperlinked website, or featured in any banner or other advertising and Easy Travel Pal is not responsible or liable for any transaction between you and third party providers of the foregoing.
No advice or information whether oral or in writing obtained by you from Easy Travel Pal shall create any warranty on behalf of Easy Travel Pal. This section applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Money-back Guarantee
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with our service, or you’d like to avoid being billed once your free trial period ends, you may cancel your subscription to Easy Travel Pal and receive a full refund for only the most recently amount billed (if applicable).
Cancelling means that you will not be billed again, and your Easy Travel Pal member benefits (most notably the 1on1 travel pal chat) will come to and end at the conclusion of your current subscription duration.
A cancellation is not automatically a refund. In order to receive a refund after cancellation, please email us by filling out our contact form on the Support page and include the following details: Mention that you’d like a refund, include the email address of your account, and mention the reason you’d like a refund (optional but helps us improve our service).
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Travel Advice
Any information or advice sent or received through our 1on1 chat feature or website or service, whether it’s before or after purchasing a subscription, should be used at your own discretion and you waive all legal rights to hold Easy Travel Pal accountable for claims or negative repercussions, directly or indirectly, resulting from any application of information obtained.
Our service is meant to assist travelers and contains no guarantee of safety or safe haven from of any degree of harm that may come either directly or indirectly while in the travelling or post-travel stages of any trip or venture. You must obey all local laws, regulations and ordinances and maintain caution while at home or abroad irrespective of any advice offered or information given or received while using our service. This includes translations, driving or walking directions, interactions with locals, traffic laws, and all other circumstances.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and understand that you’ll not necessarily be notified when the terms change. You agree to keep close watch on these terms and will cancel your service or subscription if there’s any single item within the terms that you do not agree to with.
